Terms of Service

The Spanish version is legally binding. This is a courtesy translation.

Routine Map sells downloadable PDF skincare guides. The shop is presented as Routine Map. The legal notice on this page gives the seller's name and contact email.

1. Who sells

Routine Map sells these guides. Payments are processed by Stripe. Under Stripe Managed Payments, Stripe is the merchant of record and the charge appears as "Link" or LINK.COM*. Where that programme does not apply, Routine Map is the seller and Stripe processes the payment. Buying also means you accept Stripe's terms for the checkout you use.

2. What you buy

A digital product: downloadable PDF skincare guides, plus editable worksheets where a guide includes them. The licence is personal and non-transferable. You may not share, resell, or publish the files.

3. Price

The final price, including tax, is shown before you pay. English products are sold in US dollars (USD). Spanish editions are sold in euros (EUR).

4. Delivery

Delivery is an instant download. After payment you get a download link on screen and by email. An order for both guides includes a separate link for each PDF.

5. Right of withdrawal

As a consumer in the EU you generally have 14 calendar days to withdraw from a distance contract. For digital content that is not supplied on a tangible medium, that right ends once performance has begun with your prior express consent and your acknowledgement that you lose the right of withdrawal (article 103.m of the Spanish consolidated consumer law, TRLGDCU).

Checkout collects that consent explicitly before payment. Once the download starts, the EU right of withdrawal is waived. We also send confirmation of that consent by email.

6. Refunds

If the file is defective — it does not download, it is damaged, or it is not the guide you bought — email enos0824@gmail.com within 14 days of purchase. A refund in that case is at our discretion.

Separately, if the guide did not help, email the same address within 14 days of purchase and we will refund you. No proof is required. Checkout says this voluntary 14-day refund still applies after you waive the right of withdrawal. Neither sentence removes a mandatory right that applies when digital content is not in conformity.

7. Conformity

If the file does not download, is damaged, or does not match the description, you can ask us to correct it or to refund you, under the legal conformity rules for digital content.

8. Educational content only

The guides are educational content only. They are not medical advice, a diagnosis, or a treatment. If you are unsure, or if your skin reacts, see a dermatologist.

9. Liability

Within what the law allows, we are not liable for harm that comes from use that goes against these terms or the safety warnings in the guides. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer.

10. Contact

Questions about an order: enos0824@gmail.com. We will reply within 7 days. You can also use the consumer arbitration boards or the courts of your domicile. The European online dispute resolution platform closed in July 2025, so it is not linked.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of Spain, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence.
