1. Controller
Routine Map is the controller for the data described on this page. Write to enos0824@gmail.com.
2. What we process, and why
- Email list and free course: email (and name, if you give it) and the quiz outcome group (`pro-first`, `reset-first`, `simplify-first`, `ready-gentle`, `ready-standard`). Purpose: sending the course, newsletters, and updates. Legal basis: your consent (GDPR art. 6.1.a). You can withdraw it at any time with the unsubscribe link in each email.
- Free flowchart: the email you type to open the purge-or-irritation page. Purpose: showing you that page and sending the emails you agreed to. Legal basis: consent. When email sending is connected, Brevo stores the address. When it is not, we store it on our server. You can ask us to delete it.
- App waitlist: email, country, and your answers about the app. Purpose: telling you about the app and measuring interest. Legal basis: consent.
- Purchases: name, email, country, and payment data. Stripe processes the payment. If Stripe Managed Payments applies, Stripe is merchant of record and controller of the card data, and the statement shows "Link" / LINK.COM*. If that programme is not in use, Routine Map is the seller and Stripe is the payment processor. We receive name, email, country, product, and confirmation of your immediate-access consent. Legal basis: contract (art. 6.1.b) and legal tax duties (art. 6.1.c).
- Quiz and Shelf Map: your answers and your product list are processed only in your browser and are not sent to our servers, unless you ask to receive the result by email (in that case we store only the outcome group, never your answers about pregnancy, medication, or symptoms).
- Statistics: if analytics is on, we use Plausible or Cloudflare Web Analytics. Neither uses cookies or collects identifiable personal data; the figures are aggregated. Legal basis: legitimate interest (art. 6.1.f).
- Emails you send us: to reply to you. Legal basis: legitimate interest / consent.
3. Recipients / processors
Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, France) sends email. Stripe (Stripe Payments Europe Ltd., Ireland, and where applicable Stripe, Inc., USA) is the payment processor. Hosting is the provider that serves this site. Statistics, if enabled, are Plausible (Plausible Insights OÜ, Estonia) or Cloudflare Web Analytics. Transfers outside the EEA rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses, as each provider states.
4. Retention
Email list: until you unsubscribe. Flowchart signups kept on our server: until you ask us to delete them. Purchases: the period required by Spanish tax and commercial law, commonly four to six years. Waitlist: until the app launches or is dropped, and no longer than three years.
5. Your rights
Access, rectification, erasure (deletion), objection, restriction, portability, and withdrawal of consent, by writing to enos0824@gmail.com with the subject "Data protection". You can ask us to delete the email we hold for a purchase or for the newsletter. If you are not satisfied, you can complain to the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (www.aepd.es).
6. Children
This site is not directed at children under 14, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
